
Using ab straps and the universal hooks on the Pendulum Lat Combo Pull allows for a movement similar to that of a pullover machine. Driving with the elbows and lightly holding on to the top of the straps fully engages the lats negating assistance from the lower and upper arms.
This is a great way to address exercise when the fingers or hands have been compromised or a way to isolate the latissimus dorsi muscles to maximize their development.
