Are you ready to grind for two weeks.
Monday and Wednesday
On the football field. Run the length of the field and back as many times as possible in one minute. Record your distance. Rest two minutes between each of ten workbouts. The pace can not be for the ordinary - it's urgent that you excel.
Minimum goals by position for ten, one minute, intervals:
OL - 255 yards TE - 295 yards
DL - 280 yards RB - 300 yards
LB - 295 yards WR - 315 yards
QB- 295 yards DB - 315 yards
