Run this interval program for three weeks, three days per week. The key is you must improve every workout. You must get yards.
This program is designed to be run on a lined football field. You will need a stop watch. Start the watch and begin running from the goal line. Run the length of the field and back as many times as possible in two minutes. Record your distance. Rest three minutes between each of seven workbouts. Keep an incredible pace.
Here are the minimum goals by position for seven, two minute, intervals:
OL - 455 yards TE - 505 yards
DL - 485 yards RB - 525 yards
LB - 505 yards WR - 555 yards
QB- 505 yards DB - 555 yards
