Lifting stones on the Pendulum Grip Cart are great for developing strong hands. In a seated position lift the stone off the floor making sure the arms never touch the legs or the bench during the movement.

The key is having the palm of the hands in the center of the stone so there is not a leverage advantage. It is also important to make sure all the fingers remain in contact with the cement ball or stone ball during the curling action – squeeze and lift each repetition.
