Employees of Structure House

Structure House is a residential wellness facility primarily focused on weight loss, mindful eating, behavior change and long-term wellness located in Durham, North Carolina.

They provide customized weight management services and help their guests embrace their strengths, heal their bodies, and create lasting positive change. Structure House provides behavioral therapy, nutritional guidance, fitness coaching, medical support, evidence based treatment and much more.

Katie Krasinski, MS, SCCC, is the Fitness Director at Structure House. Katie is a certified strength and conditioning coach with a Master of Science with a specialization in Sport and Exercise Psychology. She oversees the day-to-day programming of the fitness center, conducts fitness evaluations, teaches lectures and exercise classes and works with individuals to achieve a variety of health and fitness goals.
