Dan Geraci is a former Assistant Strength Coach for the University of Michigan from 2001-2005.  Dan has a degree in Kinesiology from Michigan and a Masters in Exercise Physiology from Eastern Michigan.

Ron Israel was an outstanding defensive back for the University of Notre Dame and played professional football for the Minnesota Vikings, Pittsburgh Steelers and Cleveland Browns.  Ron, following his professional career became an Assistant Strength Coach at the University of Florida.

Chad Smith graduated from the University of Indiana and has been an integral part of the Chicago area personal training business for years.  These three men teamed up to build a unique facility to give each guest the level and experience they desire.
