In 480 BC, Xerxes the Great, an ancient Persian King was making war on the Greeks and was vanquished at Salamis.  Defeated, he eventually retreated back toward Asia with the greater part of his army. Fearing that the Greeks might attack the bridges across the Hellespont and trap his men in Europe, he left General Mardonius behind to carry on the war in his name. Mardonius and his forces were also defeated the following year at Plataea ending the Persian invasion of Greece for good. Mardonius upon leaving had left an immense treasure buried in the ground near his tent.

Polycrates, of the Greek ancient city Thebes went in search of the treasure after the conquest of Mardonius. With an extensive exploration and no luck Polycrates consulted

the insightful counsel of the Oracle of Delphi to find it. The Oracle told Polycrates to move every stone until he found the treasure - ‘Leave no stone unturned.’ Following the prophetic instruction and with greater effort an immense hoard of gold was found.

Today's Oracle who provides wise and insightful counsel about finding the hidden treasure of strength development is your Strength Coach.

Training the precision grip, pinch grip, hook grip, power grip, finger abductors, finger adductors, wrist extension and wrist flexion, leads to hands that overtime allow the strength enthusiast to bend steel.

The Pendulum Grip Cart was designed to hold an array of tools that address each area of the hands anatomy and that are easily found in the Cart needing only to follow the appropriate rules for training. The goal of the various implements found in the Pendulum Grip Cart is to Leave No Stone Unturned in the pursuit of hand development.
