The Removable Belt Squat

For adjusting training that does not require the use of Belt Squatting simply remove and then replace the station with the Pendulum Folding Synchro Bench. The Folding Synchro Bench when lifted locks into place and is lowered by releasing it from the upright position with the yellow foot pedal mechanism seen in the photo below. When folded up there is room for barbell squatting and once lowered the bench is adjustable from a flat bench to an 80 degree incline. The Synchro Bench simply slides forward to the desired position without having to get off of the bench, as it can be adjusted while seated on the pad.
