Pingry Strength

Doug Scott

Over 160 years ago the Pingry School was founded. Today it is ranked as one of the ‘Best Schools In America’ and this year the Pingry School is ranked as the best private K12 School in New Jersey.

Doug Scott is the Director of Strength and Conditioning and has been a member of the Pingry faculty for 23 years. Doug designs workouts for 32 sport teams, both male and female athlete’s.

Doug Scott believes that strength training is a “means to an end” and should be a part of every athlete’s lifestyle. In his spare time Doug participates in ‘Iron Man’ competition.
