Pulldown Pullover

The Pendulum Lat Combo Pull has four separate handles plus a thick bar grip.  The handles can be inserted quickly and adjusted for shoulder width and anatomical muscular targeting. The Pulldowns thick bar is just beyond the insert and is for training the hands and fingers while exercising the upper back. There is a universal clip available that allows for user discretion in choosing alternate pulling devices.

Attaching hanging ab straps onto the universal clip is used by lifters to do a pullover type movement that isolates the lats while pulling with the elbows. This method is a great way to train the upper back when hands and/or the fingers have issues.
