A Pulling Machine

A tremendously popular exercise to train the latissimus dorsi and associated muscles is the pulldown movement. Coaches, athletes, trainers and gym enthusiasts all use a variety of grips to target areas of the back that they want or need to emphasize.

Pendulum developed the Lat Combo Pull to give the user the ability to maximize development and train any upper back area desired. The Combo Pull allows for wide grip, medium grip, close grip, parallel grip, rotating handle grips, thick bar hand grip, reverse grip, chin grip, pull up grip, bilateral or unilateral pulling and more.

Get Strong when pulling with the Lat Combo Pull’s interchangeable handle system.
