The Pendulum Rack System

The Pendulum Rack System allows you to roll the Pit Shark into the rack for weighted chins, weighted dips and belt squatting.  The handles can be quickly adjusted for the tallest or shortest of athletes.  Once the exercises are completed the Pit Shark can be removed, moved to another locale or simply stored until needed.
