Ruben Mendoza is a former NFL offensive guard who is now the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach of Wayne State University. Ruben has coached at South Carolina, Tennessee – Chattanooga , Clemson, Ole Miss, Mississippi and Notre Dame and as you can ascertain he has vast experience in the profession. 

Coach Mendoza just added rack mounted Pit Sharks to the Pendulum Power Rack System. The  rack mounted Pit Shark is mobile and can be removed, set aside or stored and attached to any Pendulum Rack when needed.
