Tom Barbeau performing an excercise

Tom Barbeau is currently an assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach  for the Carolina Panthers, he was formerly the assistant Director of Athletic Performance at Baylor University and was the Strength and Conditioning Coach for Plymouth State University. Tom holds a Master of Science, Exercise Physiology from Baylor, and a Bachelor in Education, Health and Physical Education from McGill University.

Tom Barbeau shares an excellent way to work on strength, balance and coordination while at home. Utilizing a towel on the floor or ‘Furniture Slides/Super Sliders’ on the carpet, he shows us some of the many exercises that can be done to improve fitness.
