Squat Without Coaching

The squat is rudimentary in athletics – partial squat, half squat, parallel squat, full squat, deep squat, front squat, overhead squat, foot width, bar height, knee angle, posture, heel height, barefoot, belts, head position and more are all strategies to affect the muscle activity of the lower body of this basic exercise.

Though the above nomenclature is fundamental to programs, the various techniques require coaching and teaching. The Pendulum Squat Pro is unique as it gives all the results that the coach and athlete are looking for. The apparatus and exercise requires only simple directions; step in the machine, adjust the shoulder width if necessary, lift the weight, release the lock outs and squat.  Your form will be excellent your depth can be set by the machines range limiters (S.E.T. system) and the trainee will develop his or her musculature equal to or better than a barbell with little or no instruction- pretty wild what technology can do when you want to Get Strong
