
Pulling exercises are as important as pushing exercises when strength training. The upper body is as important as the lower in overall development. If you push a weight in the upper body, include a pulling exercise in your regime. When you push a weight in the lower body, pull a weight in that area. To be a great athlete or maximize your health the entire system must be trained. Neglect nothing – train the entire system.
