The Long 3 Cone Drill

The following is a 3 Cone Drill to improve movement skills.  It is to be done at full speed.  Times to shoot for are provided below.

Start with the right hand on the line, sprint 5 yards and touch with the right hand, plant and turn sprinting back to the start, touch the line with the same hand, plant turn and sprint around the cones in an L shape. Finish the drill at the start line.
