Visit Us And Get Strong

Lock Haven University located in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania has over 100 clubs and organizations in which it’s students participate in. These organizations give like-minded people a chance to connect and build and develop sought after skills, while participating in activities they all enjoy.

Recently the Lock Haven Strength and Conditioning Club took an eight and one half hour journey to Clare, Michigan to visit the Rogers factory and expansive showroom located nearby.
